How often is the inventory updated?

The catalog is refreshed every Wednesday with new arrivals from our Japanese sourcing partners. Average time from a Japanese source being acquired to appearing on this page is 11 days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. We have shipped to 41 countries. Worldwide insured shipping is included on purchases over $3,500, and import duties are pre-paid for buyers in the US, EU, and UK.

Can I see a guitar in person before buying?

Viewing is by appointment at our Portland, Oregon workshop. Appointments can be booked directly from any listing page and typically run 45–60 minutes with one of our luthiers.

What if the guitar I want isn't currently listed?

Use the 'Join the Waitlist' link to tell us the maker, model, and era you're hunting for. Buyers on the waitlist are contacted before new inventory is listed publicly.
